Be part of a team
At Packet Digital, we know that being part of a strong team is important. We really focus on team building, especially cross-disciplinaries, and bring people together that might not work with each other on a day-to-day basis. We have monthly (usually more often) events to bring everyone together, and this includes monthly lunch and learns, quarterly all-team updates, as well as all-team fun outings each quarter, like going golfing or bowling, or parties.

We know that we can’t be successful without the community around us. We encourage our teammates to get involved, and we have people serving on community and industry boards, actively engaging in our region and industry. Additionally, we have close ties to our local universities, working on everything from interesting research to senior design projects, as well as supporting university clubs, such as Bison Robotics or UND’s SAE Race team.
